We offer a one year limited warranty on all i-ON products, including clearance and refurbished products. We warrant our retail products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. i-ON will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
What isn't covered?
i-ON warranty will not cover products defect caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It doesn't cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty is void if the unit is tampered or modified. i-ON does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products.
Product Returns
Before contacting i-ON Support, please visit our FAQ. If your problem is still not resolved, contact our Support team at support@i-on-usa.com from 9am to 4pm PST Monday through Friday. Our Support team will provide instructions for replacement. All returns must be shipped to i-ON prepaid by the customer. i-ON will at its discretion replace the unit and ship it to you postage/freight paid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support via email at: support@i-on-usa.com.
Repair and replacement
i-ON will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship. If your product is within warranty period and no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit; after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.
i-ON Purchase Refunds
If you purchased a product directly from i-ON website, we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. A 20% restocking fee applies to all merchandise purchased from our web store. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support via email at: support@i-on-usa.com.
Exclusions and limitations
By purchasing at i-ON, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have reviewed i-ON's warranty terms and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
